It's never too early to book in your Christmas decoration hire!
Christmas is the busiest time of year for most people and businesses, so it’s important to be organised.
Remember the earlier you book your Christmas hire, the more likely you are to secure your preferred set up and pick up dates. December 1st is the most coveted set up date, so that day, and the days around it book up quickly. Our next busiest dates will be Monday 30th November and Wednesday 2nd December.
Another busy date for business set ups is Monday 9th November, this is our first day for Christmas set ups in 2026 and likely to book out well in advance.
We work all week days during business hours. After hours and weekends are by request (additional charges may apply). We’re closed public holidays.
Here are some key dates to make sure you don’t miss out on your Christmas tree hire in Melbourne.
Bookings
January 2026 – bookings open – book now to secure your preferred dates and designs for Christmas.
Friday 20th November 2026 – cut off date for orders of REAL decorated Christmas trees
Artificial Christmas tree hire installations
July 2026 - Christmas in July hires available.
Monday 9th November 2026 – our first day of artificial Christmas tree and Christmas decorations installations.
The fortnight of Monday 23rd November to Friday 4th December will be our busiest time period for artificial Christmas trees and decoration installations.
We recommend booking as soon as possible if you’d like to secure one of these dates for your home, office, event or commercial space.
Real Christmas tree hire installations
Friday 4th, Monday 7th , Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th December 2026 – these are the dates we will deliver and set up our real Christmas trees.
Real Christmas trees are like a vase of flowers, they last for a short time period, so they are set up closer to Christmas. Read about how to care for a real (chopped pine) Christmas tree here.
Pick ups
We can pick up your hired Christmas tree and decorations at any time. Offices and commercial spaces often like to have their trees collected prior to Christmas office closures.
All collections need to be completed by COB Friday 15th January 2027.
If you have a specific date in mind for your Christmas tree collection, then we’d recommend booking the pick up date in as soon as possible as there are some more popular days that book out in advance of Christmas.
